Danny Hedglin

Danny Hedglin was born in Centerville, MS, but grew up in Greenwell Springs, LA. His parents are Danny Hedglin, Sr. and Rebecca Hedglin. Danny credits his grandmother, Jeannette Messer, as his spiritual influence growing up. Danny met Katie while both were students attending LSU. Soon after, in 1998, he began attending Goodwood. Danny was baptized in 1999 in Houma, LA by Donald Jenkins. Danny works for Innovative Steel Detailing, while Katie is a homemaker. The Hedglins have two daughters, Lauren and Meghan. Danny’s favorite memory at Goodwood is the day that he married Katie.

Danny was installed as a deacon at Goodwood on December 9th, 2007. His primary areas of service are VBS, Fall Fest, and Buildings/Grounds.
