Tom Kelso was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. His parents, Mel and Connie Kelso, were both teachers. Tom works at Terminal Supply in the outside sales department. For fun Tom likes to "tinker in the workshop." As a former industrial arts instructor he still enjoys working on various projects. Tom was baptized in 1966 by Vaughn Graham. His parents played a special role in bringing him to faith. Tom was introduced to his wife Liz by a mutual friend. Liz enjoys spending time with their two sons, Jeff and Todd, while also spending time with friends from church and school, reading, and watching movies. They have two sons: Todd and Jeff. As a family the Kelso's enjoy watching movies, being with friends, and playing cards. The Kelso family came to Goodwood in 1984.
Tom was installed as a elder on November 1st, 2009. He had previously served as a deacon for a number of years, particularly serving in the area of buildings and grounds. Tom and Liz especially enjoyed seeing their sons baptized at Goodwood and have also enjoyed helping with the Bible Bowl every fall.
